RAISING RESILIENCE
We provide deep relational connection coaching to help individuals develop authentic connections to themselves and others. We offer 1-1 and group coaching, both inside correctional facilities or treatment programs and within the community. We believe that when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood, they develop the internal motivation to make lasting changes in their lives - connection coaching makes that possible.
ROOTS & WINGS
We aim to keep families together through individualized services developed in a family-centered, team planning process. The Hive connects individuals and families with community-based resources to meet their basic needs and help them thrive—whether you're navigating reentry from incarceration or treatment, addressing addiction, rebuilding after family separation, or working to break cycles before crisis hits. Our case managers help with housing, employment, mental and physical healthcare, education, legal navigation, and more.
J'S CLOSET
Sometimes stability starts with the basics. J's Closet provides clothing, household items, and other necessities to help families meet immediate needs while building toward long-term goals. Whether it's a professional outfit for a job interview, winter coats for your children, or essentials for setting up a new home, we're here to help. We believe in meeting people where they are—and that means addressing practical needs with dignity and respect.
PHOENIX LEAGUE
We use recreational activities as a powerful tool for diversion, creating positive deposits in the lives of children and their families. Our program is designed to strengthen community connections through engaging activities that bring families together. By focusing on inclusive relationship-building experiences, we help create stronger, more resilient communities where youth and families can thrive.
